Entry fee is $125. This includes all mandatory Competitions of beauty, casual wear, interview, photogenic; entry for parent and contestant into the contestant’s party the day prior, and competition for the optional ambassador title. Contestants compete age they are the day of pageant. There are no mandatory ad sales.
This pageant is open to any girl in the Tri State area! Appearances and parades are based on the Wiregrass area. We are a VERY active group of queens and have a fun filled year! Queens will receive a round custom crown, RHINESTONE embroidered banner, personalized parade blanket,
personalized crown bucket, various prizes donated by local businesses, ride
in the National Peanut Festival Parade, and a year of amazing memories and appearances.
Best dressed and casual wear winners will receive a medallion. Interview and
Photogenic winners will receive a rhinestone pin. EVERY Baby, toddler, Tiny, and Little Miss contestant will receive a participation crown
onstage. Petite and older contestants receive a participation medallion! Photogenic, must be an 8x10 and in color. It will be
turned in at the contestant’s party. It is included in the Queen score and in
your entry fees. Winners will receive a rhinestone pin! Interview. You may wear your casual wear, Interview
dress, or suit for interview. Interviews will be a panel and 3 minutes.
Your interview time will be emailed out a week prior; It is included in your
Queen score and in your entry fees. Interviews will be videotaped with the
option to purchase your own only for $10. Winners will receive
a rhinestone pin! Casual Wear. This will be an outfit that you would wear on an appearance as a Queen. There will be upbeat music for you to model to. This is included in your Queen score and in your entry fee. Winners will receive an engraved medallion! Enter before april 1st
and receive $25 off your entry fees. For every contestant you refer, you
receive $5 off. Deadline to enter is may 1st. Entry fees are non-refundable. There will be a Miss
Angel Cover Girl. She will be the girl that sold the highest $ AMOUNt of ads in the
program book. She will be on the cover of the program book, receive a crown
and banner and reign with the Angels all year. Ad prices are $15/business
card, $30 for a 1/2 page, and $50 for a full page. Program Books are
4"x5". Every contestant that sells ads will receive one program
book free. For every full page sold, you will receive $10 off your entry
fees. Contestant photos can be
put on the ½ and full page ads. Ads can be emailed to
missangelpageant@hotmail.com or snail mailed. Deadline is may 1st. There will be a Miss
Angel Princess crowned. This will be the one girl in the entire
pageant with the most votes. Votes are $1 per vote and must be turned
in at the contestant's party. She will receive a crown, embroidered
banner, and reign with the Angels all year. Votes must be turned in at the
party the day prior. We will crown a Miss Angel Ambassador 2019. This
title will be based on the community service you have been involved in. You
will turn in a scrapbook showcasing your community service by April 29th to
Wiregrass Angel House. Their board will judge these based on; hours served in
your community, letters from your volunteer coordinators/community
leaders/etc, photos and the overall appearance of your book. This will not
affect the age division titles, and the pageant judges will not see the
scrapbooks. They will be given back at the contestant's party the day prior
to the pageant. There are no additional fees for this title, and you must
compete in the 2019 pageant to be eligible. The new Queen will receive a
round crown, embroidered banner, and reign with the Angels all year. This
title will be crowned at the 2019 pageant. Every contestant that turns In a
scrapbook in will receive a community service medallion onstage, recognizing
her efforts. Service from the last 2 years can be included and you can
include photos in other crowns and banners. Community service is at the
heart of what we are all about, and we want to honor a girl with the same
heart! #sisterhoodandservice Pageant Hair and
Makeup is encouraged for all ages, however; due to space, hair and makeup
artists' must leave dressing rooms an hour prior to the pageant. There
are no practices, it is walk of choice. Contestants will be able to practice
on the stage beforehand Party time!!! We will have a luau party saturday may 4th, from 12-2pm for the contestants and their parents. Come have fun, make friends, and
memories! You will turn in photogenic, and viewer’s choice votes at the
party. Optional score sheet and interview DVD money is due at the party as

36371. This is also your opportunity to meet the Director and Reigning Queens
and ask any questions you might have. Please come dressed for bouncy houses
and rides, snacks and drinks will be served. All contestants receive a goody bag at check in, and a prize bag at crowning! Queen's will be asked to sign a contract (no non-compete clause). A copy will be available on the website. |
